Example of a typical day

At Sattva Soul Retreats we are the gold standard in Women’s Transformational Health Retreats. Our retreats offer you the perfect mix of self-discovery, adventurous activities, spiritual healing, luxurious pampering, and delicious cuisine while overlooking the rice fields and listening to the sounds of the ocean. And, there is no need to worry about being bored, at Sattva Soul no day is ever the same, with an endless buffet of options available and a facilitators consultation before we begin, we ensure we tailor our retreat to each individual so you can get the most out of your experience with us.

 

Morning Meditation

7 - 7.30am

Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a beginner, Celine will introduce you to Meditation with a profound and straightforward approach. Helping you establish or enhance a regular and powerfully healthy daily practice.

Hydrate

7.30 – 8am

Start the day with an organic coffee, homemade fresh juice, or herbal tea to cleanse the body and reset the mind.

Morning Yoga

8 – 9am

A gentle Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga flow to soften into the morning and open the body. Changing daily, so no two classes are ever the same, and tailored daily to the energy and needs of each individual. From beginners to advanced yogis, you'll be inspired and challenged every day, with Chakra balancing and heart opening flows aimed to relax the mind and recharge the body.

Breakfast

9 – 10am

A gourmet Vegan 3-course breakfast that changes daily, and is carefully prepared by our Private Chef, from local and organic ingredients.

Morning Activity

10 – 1pm

We are all children at heart, so our morning activities are designed to bring back our childlike sense of awe and playfulness. From surfing lessons, to temple trips, sightseeing, shopping excursions, or learning empowerment workshops, each morning is filled with fun, spontaneity and lots of laughter.

Lunch

1-2pm

A nourishing and balancing Vegan meal that changes every day that is both delicious and nutritious, prepared by our private in-house Vegan Chef.

Personal Time

2-5pm

Enjoy a luxurious Massage, private Reiki healing session, personalized consultation with our Nutritionist, private Tarot card reading or wander down to our private stretch of the famous Echo Beach with an assigned lounger waiting.

Evening Activity

5pm- 6.30pm

Enjoy a relaxing and invigorating Sound Bowl Healing, Chakra Balancing Meditation, Yin Yoga class or Plant Based cooking class with our Private Chef, depending on your mood for the day.

Dinner

7pm – 8pm

A delicious and healthy 3-course Vegan dinner, with appetizers, entrees, and dessert, to end the day on a high note. Once again, prepared by our in-house Vegan chef, catered especially for you according to the day's activities and the levels of energy used.
